Update: She’s 11 years old now and she dances for Merahi O Tapiti on the Big Island of Hawaii in Keaukaha. She is still dancing and enters competitions regularly. (The song is Otea Tiruvi by Nonosina) Vahine (female) dancers ages 16-18 compete in the Tahitian solo ori dance finals at the 17th annual Tahiti Fete San Jose. Each heat lasts about 90 seconds.
